Return Policy

Return policy of Products:

Defective products will be replaced. will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.

1. You must notify us within a 48 hours after you have received the product or after you become aware that you got a defective product. Please contact us through email or via the contact number. Once contacted we will indicate that, what the best way to return any products. We may not accept products returned without a Return Authorisation Number.

2. Replacement of product or refund costs will not be made until the original product is received by us and your claim verified. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days of receipt by us of the original product.

3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

4. We do not refund, repair or replace where in our reasonable opinion the product/good becomes merchandisable due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

5. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of product.If Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
